Acceleration Sports Performance at The Yard offers monthly memberships and session packages for athletes of all levels. Each one-hour session is held in a semi-private group with an expert trainer. Programs are available for athletes ages 7 through professional, across all sports and skill levels.




SPEED SCHOOL
Speed School is our foundational athletic development program designed to help young athletes move better, get faster, and build confidence in a fun, structured environment. We focus on teaching proper sprint mechanics, coordination, and strength while laying the groundwork for long-term athletic success—no early specialization, just smart development.
What athletes will work on:
- Sprint mechanics & acceleration technique
- Agility, coordination, and body control
- Strength using bodyweight & age-appropriate resistance
- Jumping, landing, and movement safety
- Confidence, work ethic, and love for training
Speed School builds the athletic base every sport depends on and prepares athletes to progress into higher-level performance training as they grow.
TEAM TRAINING
Teams (up to 30 athletes) can train together at 7pm or 8pm, Monday–Thursday. Session dates are flexible.

Our FitFast program gets you FIT FAST! Our small group classes will help you improve your body composition, muscle tone, and energy levels through a quick-paced and fun filled workout. This program is for all levels of fitness and ages 19-99!
